The 2027 Traffic Safety Conference will be April 5-8, 2027. For those receiving Awards that require lodging, hotel check-in is on April 5th, 2027, at the Double Tree Resort/Hotel 3200 S. Ocean Blvd Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Accommodations are available for officers who are receiving Awards and live outside of a 50-mile radius of Myrtle Beach, SC. Those individuals or their agencies will be required to make their own reservations and payments. Double Tree Resort/Hotel does have rooms reserved under “TSO Conference.” Upon checking out, please forward the receipt to Baylee Osborne BMOsborne@sccja.sc.gov for reimbursement from the Office of Highway Safety.
If you are receiving an award, please fill out the AWARD RECEPIENT form. If you are going to attend the event as a guest, please complete the GENERAL ATTENDANCE form.
