Important Note:

The 2025 Traffic Safety Conference will be August 20-21, 2025.  For those receiving awards that require lodging, hotel check-in is on August 19, 2025, at the Hampton Inn Columbia Downtown.  The hotel address is 822 Gervais Street, Columbia.  Accommodations are available for officers who are receiving awards and live outside of a 50-mile radius of Columbia, SC.  –Those individuals or their agencies will be required to make their own reservations and payments.  Hampton Inn does have rooms reserved under “TSO Conference.”  Upon checking out, please forward the receipt to Kelly Snider at krsnider@sccja.sc.gov for reimbursement from the Office of Highway Safety.

If you are receiving an award, please fill out the AWARD RECEPIENT form. If you are going to attend the event, please complete the GENERAL ATTENDANCE form. This year the conference is being held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center 1101 Lincoln St. Columbia, SC. This area is conveniently located in the Vista area, with plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment.
